Building on the original V1 FR-Spec, the V2 features revised spring rates, updated shock valving, an expanded 30-way damping adjustment range, and redesigned components throughout the system.

The FR-Spec is primarily designed for track cars, race cars, autocross builds, and other performance-focused applications. However, it can also be used on street-driven vehicles where the driver prefers a firmer, more responsive suspension setup.

V2 FR-Spec Track Design

The FR-Spec is specifically engineered for performance driving and track use. Increased spring rates are paired with higher damping coefficients to provide greater chassis control during aggressive cornering, braking, and acceleration.

Solid aluminum front top hats with pillowball mounts help reduce suspension deflection under high-load driving conditions while providing adjustable camber for more precise performance alignments.

Heavyweight shock oil and increased shock-body capacity help maintain consistent damping as temperatures rise during extended performance driving.

Track-Focused Performance

FactionFab's adjustable damping system provides 30 levels of adjustment, allowing the suspension to be fine-tuned for different tracks, road surfaces, tires, and driving styles.

FactionFab testing has shown up to a 0.12G increase in cornering performance on firmer settings compared to softer settings in tested applications.
