Is my order eligible for a refund?

You have 30 days from the shipping date of your order to start the return process. After 30 days your order is no longer eligible for return.

 

What is a stocking item?

A stocking items is a product listed as in stock at Subie supply co., Brantford Location. This information can be found on the product page.

 

What is a special order item?

A special order item is product listed as "special order" on the product page. This applies to all items we do not stock at out Brantford, Ontario location. 

Please note: On all orders that qualified for free shipping, the cost of the shipping incurred by us to ship the original order will be deducted from your refund. This applies to both refunds to store credit and refunds to original payment method.

 

How do I return?

  • Visit our returns center linked below
  • Enter your order number and email address to start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

What items are returnable? 

  • Items that fall within the 30 day return window
  • In unused and resellable condition
  • In the original packaging with all the tags intact

    What items can not be returned?

    - Electronics (ie: gauges, sensors and wiring, boost controller, light bulbs, hid kits, flash tuners(eg. Cobb Accessport), stand alone engine management systems, headlights/tail lights, 4th Brake Lights(Rear Fog), light bulbs and all other lighting products. 

    - Mounted wheel and tire packages.  

    - Items that have been used or attempted to be installed

    - Items that do not have the original packaging

    - Engine Internals

    - Built Short blocks/long blocks

    - Aerodynamics Parts

    - Wheel Spacers

    -Custom order items (plate deletes, Steering wheels, decals, all custom vinyl items, etc.) All custom made to order items can not be cancelled or returned after the order has been placed. These items include but are not limited to - Custom steering wheel, Custom plate deletes, all stickers and decals.


    Special order items

    • Special order items are eligible for return or order cancellation but will carry a non-negotiable 25% restocking/cancellation fee for refund to the original payment method and a 15% restocking/cancellation fee for refunds to store credit. No exceptions. 

     

    Order arrived damaged 

    If you've received an item(s) from Subie Supply Co. that appears to be damaged, we kindly ask you to get in touch with our support team via email at sales@subiesupplyco.ca within 7 business days from the delivery date for FedEx, UPS, GLS or Canada post and within 24 hours for any Freight deliveries. Our dedicated customer service team will promptly initiate a claim with the carrier and arrange for a replacement, following the guidelines set by the shipping carrier. Failing to contact Subie Supply Co. within the specified timeframes could hinder our ability to address such claims effectively.

    We recommend taking detailed photos of the item(s) as you received them. Our support team may request images showing the damage, as well as the condition of the boxes and any packaging used in the shipment. Please refrain from discarding any packaging until you've spoken with a member of our support team. Also, it's important not to attempt to install any item that appears to be damaged. Installing damaged items could be seen as accepting them in their damaged state and may result in the shipping carrier denying your claim.

      How do I ship back the items?

      For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.

      Returns must be shipped within 14 days of return approval. If items are not shipped within 14 days the return will be cancelled and will no longer be eligible for a refund.
