Quick Guide to Returns

Check eligibility – You have 30 days from your order’s shipping date to request a return.

Visit the Returns Center – Enter your order number and email address.

Submit your request – Select the items you’d like to return.

Wait for approval – Once approved, you’ll receive shipping instructions via email.

Ship your items – Send back items within 14 days of approval, in original condition and packaging.

Refund/credit issued – Once inspected, your refund or store credit will be processed according to our policy.

Is My Order Eligible for a Refund?

You have 30 days from the shipping date of your order to start a return.

After 30 days, orders are no longer eligible for return.
What is a Stocking Item?
-
A stocking item is any product listed as in stock at Subie Supply Co., Brantford, Ontario.

Availability details are shown on each product page.
What is a Special Order Item?
-
A special order item is any product marked as “special order” on the product page.
-
This applies to items not stocked at our Brantford, Ontario location.
Note: If your order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost we incurred will be deducted from your refund. This applies to both store credit refunds and refunds to your original payment method.
How Do I Start a Return?

Visit our Returns Center (link below).

Enter your order number and email address.

Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.

Once approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
What Items Are Returnable?
-
Items within the 30-day return window.
-
Items in unused, resellable condition.
-
Items in their original packaging with all tags intact.
What Items Cannot Be Returned?
-
Electronics (gauges, sensors, wiring, boost controllers, HID kits, flash tuners such as Cobb Accessport, standalone engine management, headlights/taillights, fog/4th brake lights, bulbs, and all other lighting products).

Fuel injectors and fuel pumps.
-
Mounted wheel and tire packages.
-
Items that have been used, installed, or missing original packaging.
-
Engine internals (pistons, rods, bearings, etc.).
-
Short blocks, long blocks, cylinder heads, and case halves.
-
Aerodynamic parts (spoilers, splitters, diffusers, etc.).
-
Body components (lips, skirts, hoods, trunks, etc.).
-
Wheel spacers.
-
ETS intercooler cores, piping, and turbo kits.
-
Special-order Nameless exhaust parts.
-
Custom-made items (coilovers, plate deletes, steering wheels, decals, vinyl items, etc.). These cannot be canceled or returned once ordered.

Products marked “No cancellations/returns/refunds” on the product page.
Special Order Items
-
Special-order items can be returned or canceled, but are subject to fees:

25% restocking/cancellation fee for refunds to the original payment method.
-
15% restocking/cancellation fee for refunds to store credit.

No exceptions.
Received a Defective Item?
-
Do not initiate a return.
-
Contact us immediately so we can begin a warranty claim with the manufacturer.

In most cases, a replacement will be provided, not a refund.
-
Refund eligibility depends on the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
Order Arrived Damaged?
If your order arrives damaged:

Contact us at sales@subiesupplyco.ca within:

7 business days (FedEx, UPS, GLS, Canada Post).
-
24 hours (freight shipments).
-

Provide detailed photos of the damaged item(s), packaging, and boxes.
-
Do not discard packaging until advised by our support team.
-
Do not attempt to install damaged items. Installing may void the claim with the carrier.
We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement in line with their policies. Failure to report within the timeframe may prevent us from assisting.
How Do I Ship Items Back?

Follow the shipping instructions provided in your return approval email.
-
Returns must be shipped within 14 days of approval.
-
If not shipped within 14 days, the return will be canceled and ineligible for a refund.
