Return & Exchange Policy – FAQ
Below you’ll find answers to common questions about cancellations, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Cancellations
You may cancel an order prior to shipping. To do so, please contact us immediately with your full name, order number, the item(s) you wish to cancel, and the reason for cancellation.
The following terms apply:

In-stock items (Brantford, Ontario location): A non-negotiable 5% cancellation fee applies.

Items listed as “In Stock at External Warehouse / Special Order”: A non-negotiable 25% fee applies for refunds to your original payment method, or a 15% fee for refunds issued as store credit.

Pre-Order items: If the item is already in transit to us, the same fees above apply.

Certain special-order items may not be canceled at all if noted on the product page.
These fees cover costs such as vendor charges, shipping, duties, and payment processing fees, which cannot be recovered once a special order has been placed or shipped.
When you click CHECKOUT, you confirm that you have read and understand our terms of service and refund policy.
Note: In rare cases (such as significant pre-order delays beyond what was originally expected), we may waive cancellation fees at our discretion.

Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the shipping date of your order.

To be eligible, items must be brand new, unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.

Returns will not be accepted for items that have been installed, test-fitted, unwrapped, or removed from original packaging.
Holiday Return Policy

To make holiday shopping easier, we offer an extended return period during the holiday season.
-
Applies to items purchased between November 1 and December 31.
-
Returns are accepted until January 15, with a minimum of 30 days from the shipping date for items purchased in December.

All standard return terms and exclusions continue to apply.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Electronics (gauges, sensors, wiring, boost controllers, HID kits, flash tuners such as Cobb Accessport, standalone engine management, headlights, taillights, fog/4th brake lights, light bulbs, and all other lighting products).

Fuel injectors and fuel pumps.

Wheels that have had tires mounted
-
Items that have been used, attempted to be installed, or missing original packaging.

Engine internal components (pistons, rods, bearings, etc.).
-
Short blocks, long blocks, cylinder heads, and case halves.
-
Aerodynamic parts (spoilers, splitters, diffusers, etc.).
-
Body components (lips, skirts, hoods, trunks, etc.).
-
Wheel spacers.
-
ETS intercooler cores, piping, and turbo kits.
-
Special-order Nameless exhaust parts.
-
Custom-made items (e.g., coilovers, plate deletes, steering wheels, decals, vinyl items). These cannot be canceled or returned once ordered.

Any product specifically marked “no cancellations/returns/refunds” on the product page.

Gift cards.

Special Order & Pre-Order Items

Special-order or external warehouse items follow the same 25% fee for refunds to original payment or 15% fee for store credit.

If specifically marked “No Cancellations”, these items cannot be canceled or returned.
Ordered the Wrong Item / Changed Your Mind?

In-stock items (Brantford location):
-
Refund to original payment method: 15% restocking fee.
-
Refund to store credit: No restocking fee.
-

External warehouse / special order items:
-
Refund to original payment method: 25% fee.
-
Refund to store credit: 15% fee.

Received the Wrong Item?
If you receive an incorrect item:
-
You are eligible for a refund or exchange with no restocking fee.

All shipping costs will be covered by us.
Received a Damaged Item?
If your order arrives damaged:

Contact us at sales@subiesupplyco.ca within:
-
7 business days of delivery (FedEx, UPS, GLS, Canada Post).
-
24 hours for freight shipments.
-

Provide photos of the damaged item(s), packaging, and shipping box. Do not discard packaging until our team advises you.
-
Do not attempt to install damaged products, as this may void the claim.
Our team will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement according to carrier guidelines. Failure to notify us within the stated timeframe may limit our ability to help.
Defective Items

Do not initiate a return. Instead, contact us immediately so we can begin a warranty claim with the manufacturer.

In most cases, a replacement will be provided, not a refund.
-
Refund eligibility depends on the manufacturer’s warranty policy.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed within 2–7 business days, applied to your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds

Check your bank account and contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times vary.

Sale Items

Garage Sale / Open Box: Final sale – no returns or refunds.

Promotional Sales (Black Friday, Boxing Day, etc.): Standard policy applies unless otherwise noted on the product page.
Exchanges
To request an exchange:

Start a return and select refund in store credit.
-
Use the store credit to purchase the replacement item.
Price Protection Policy
We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If prices drop around a sale event:

Orders within 3 days before a sale: Refund of the difference back to your original payment method.

Orders 4–14 days before a sale: Refund of the difference as store credit.
-
Orders 15+ days before a sale: Not eligible for price adjustments.
How to Return an Item

Visit our Returns Center.
-
Enter your order number and email address.
-
Follow the instructions and select the items you’d like to return.
-
Once approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
Important: Returns must be shipped within 14 days of approval. If not shipped within this timeframe, the return will be canceled and no longer eligible for refund.
