By visiting our site and or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. Subie Supply co. reserves the right at any point to modify these policies without notice. Continued use of this website following the effective date of any such changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. Prices shown are list prices and are subject to trade discount and to change without notice. Prices may also be changed without notice due to unforeseen cost increases in imported products, raw materials, or currency fluctuations. We carefully check pricing and product specifications, but occasionally errors can occur, therefore we reserve the right to change both without notice. Furthermore, should any submitted order on our site (www.subiesupplyco.ca) be found to have a pricing error we reserve the right to deny that order and issue a full refund. We are not responsible for customer pricing errors. Some variations between picture and product may occur. Some products listed may be non-stock items which need to be ordered in before shipping. All fitment details provided on our website are only guaranteed fit for USDM models. We do not provide any guarantee that parts advertised will be compatible with any JDM or other import models unless otherwise specified on the product page. All images used on our site are cosidered representations of the product and may not be an exact match to the actual product. Do not rely on photos alone to verify product fitment. Please refer to the product title and description for fitment details.  

These Terms of Use apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and or contributors of content. 

 

Order fulfilment time 

While we do our best to stock as many items as possible we can not stock all items for sale on our site. In stock items will generally ship within 1-3 business days. Some items for sale on our site must be ordered in and can take up anywhere from 7-15 business days to ship. Items listed as special order will ship within the allotted time displayed on the product page. Items listed as pre-order will have varying wait times and we recommend contacting support before ordering for an estimated ship date. Ship date estimates are provided by the manufacturer and are in no way a guarantee.

Price Matching Policy

Subie supply co. offers a price match policy under which we will match qualifying retailers advertised prices should their advertised price be lower than the current purchase price on www.subiesupplyco.ca. This offer applies only to the advertised online price of identical items offered for sale by Subie Supply co. Subie Supply co. will not accept price match requests under any circumstances from auction sites (Amazon, Ebay, Walmart or other auction based websites) this includes e-tailers that do not list a public physical address on their website. Subie Supply co. will not match prices listed on non Canadian websites. The price must be listed in Canadian dollars and the competitors primary location must be in a Canada. Furthermore should Subie Supply co or the competing vendor in question not display the item as in stock or not have stock available for immediate shipment price match requests will not be accepted. Should a customer submit a price match request on an item that is subject to MAP, UMAP or is restricted from discounting Subie Supply co. will not be able to complete a price match request. As we offer free shipping on orders over $350 , if your order qualifies for free shipping on our site but not on the competitors site then we will match their price with their shipping cost included.  Lastly should Subie Supply co. determine the competing vendor is using incorrect or outdated pricing we will not offer a price match on the item (s) in question.

 

Off-Road Use Only Policy

 Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all products sold by Subie Supply co. are designated Race Only and are solely for competition/off road use limited to racing formally sanctioned by a recognized racing organization. Any other use, including recreational off-road use, may be in violation of local, provincial, and Federal laws. Subie Supply co does not implicitly or explicitly confirm the legality of using any products it sells on public roads; that is entirely the responsibility of the consumer.

 

End User Agreement

These items are controlled by the Canadian Government and authorized for export only to the country of ultimate destination for use by the ultimate consignee or end-user(s), herein identified.  They may not be resold, transferred, or otherwise disposed of, to any other country or to any person other than the authorized ultimate consignee or end-user(s), either in their original form or after being incorporated into other items, without first obtaining approval from the Canadian government or as otherwise authorized by Canadian law and regulations.

 

Limited Warranty (non SSC branded products)

Subie Supply Co ("Subie Supply Co") acts solely as a distributor for the products it sells (excluding SSC branded products) and does not manufacture the products. Any warranty claims for defective parts must adhere to the processes set forth by the manufacturer of the product. Subie Supply Co makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the products it sells, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

If the manufacturer of the product required the damaged/defective product to be returned for inspection, in some cases the return shipping cost may be covered up front by the manufacturer and in other cases it may be the responsiblilty of the buyer to pay for the return shipping which may be reimbursed after the returned product has been inspected and the warranty has been approved. 

If the manufacturer of the product approves the warranty claim and is shipping a replacement product, in some cases the shipping costs will not be covered. In this situation, the cost of shipping will be the resposibility of the end user.

 

LIMITED WARRANTY (SSC PRODUCTS)

GENERAL WARRANTY GUIDELINES

This Limited Warranty applies exclusively to products sold under the SSC (Subie Supply Co.) brand and covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use during the applicable warranty period.

1. WARRANTY CLAIM REQUIREMENTS

• All warranty claims must be accompanied by photographs and/or videos clearly showing the alleged defect or issue.
• Subie Supply Co. requests that all products be inspected immediately upon delivery. Any product believed to have arrived damaged or defective must be reported within seven (7) business days of delivery. Claims relating to shipping damage reported after this period may not be covered under this warranty.
• Subie Supply Co. reserves the right to require the return of any product for inspection prior to approving a warranty claim. No replacement product, repair, store credit, or other remedy will be issued until the claimed defect has been verified through photographs, videos, and/or physical inspection.
• Subie Supply Co. will not provide replacement products free of charge prior to verification of the alleged defect.
• Subie Supply Co. reserves the right to deny any warranty claim that does not meet the requirements of this Warranty Policy or where inspection determines that the issue is not the result of a defect in materials or workmanship.

1. EXCLUSIONS

This warranty does not cover:

• Improper installation.
• Improper maintenance.
• Misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or improper operation.
• Product modifications or alterations.
• Damage caused by external impacts or environmental conditions.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Cosmetic damage occurring after installation.
• Damage caused during shipping that is not reported within seven (7) business days of delivery.
• Any issue that does not affect the intended functionality of the product and is determined by Subie Supply Co. to be cosmetic in nature.

1. LABOR AND RELATED COSTS

This warranty does not include payment or reimbursement for:

• Labor costs associated with diagnosing, removing, reinstalling, or replacing any product.
• Vehicle downtime.
• Rental vehicle expenses.
• Towing charges.
• Shipping charges paid by the customer at the time of original purchase.
• Any other incidental or consequential expenses.

1. WARRANTY REMEDIES

If a warranty claim is approved, Subie Supply Co., at its sole discretion, may:

(i) Repair the original product;

(ii) Replace the original product with the same model;

(iii) Replace the original product with the most current available model;

(iv) Replace the original product with a comparable product of equal or greater value; or

(v) Provide store credit redeemable at SubieSupplyCo.ca equal to the original purchase price of the product, excluding any shipping charges paid.

The remedy selected by Subie Supply Co. shall be final.

1. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Replacement products are subject to availability.

Subie Supply Co. reserves the right to substitute any approved warranty item with a comparable product or provide store credit in lieu of replacement.

If an approved replacement item is temporarily unavailable, the customer will be placed on backorder and the replacement item will be shipped once inventory becomes available.

1. SHIPPING OF REPAIRED OR REPLACEMENT PRODUCTS

Subie Supply Co. will ship repaired or replacement products throughout Canada and the United States using standard ground service.

Expedited shipping options may be available at the customer's expense.

SHIPPING FEES FOR APPROVED WARRANTY CLAIMS

• Claims submitted within ninety (90) days of the original purchase date: $0 shipping fee.
• Claims submitted more than ninety (90) days after the original purchase date: $15 shipping fee.

These fees apply to the shipment of repaired or replacement products to the customer.

 

      7.WARRANTY MODIFICATIONS

Subie Supply Co. reserves the right to amend, modify, or discontinue this Warranty Policy at any time without prior notice. Any warranty claim will be evaluated based on the policy in effect at the time of the original purchase.

 

       8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Subie Supply Co.'s total liability arising from or relating to the sale, purchase, installation, use, misuse, or performance of any product shall be limited to the original purchase price of the product.

Under no circumstances shall Subie Supply Co. be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Vehicle damage;
• Personal injury;
• Property damage;
• Loss of use;
• Loss of profits or revenue;
• Loss of business opportunities;
• Towing expenses;
• Rental vehicle expenses;
• Labor charges;
• Diagnostic costs; or
• Any other commercial or economic loss.

 

       9. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

The purchaser acknowledges and agrees that aftermarket automotive products may affect vehicle performance, handling, emissions compliance, reliability, and safety. The purchaser assumes all risks associated with the purchase, installation, and use of any product sold by Subie Supply Co.

It is the purchaser's sole responsibility to ensure that all products are installed correctly by a qualified individual and are used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and intended purpose. Subie Supply Co. shall not be liable for any damages, losses, injuries, or expenses resulting from improper installation, misuse, modification, abuse, or use of a product outside of its intended application.
