Inventory Status Explained
Our website uses four different inventory statuses. Here’s what each one means:

Selecting a faster shipping option at checkout (e.g., Xpresspost) will not reduce the lead time for items listed as “Special Order” or “Pre‑Order”.

The faster shipping speed only applies after the item has arrived at our Brantford, ON warehouse and is ready to ship.
1. In Stock — Quantity of “x” available at our Brantford, Ontario location

Means: We have the displayed quantity available and ready to ship from our Brantford warehouse.

Typical shipping time: Usually ships within 1‑2 business days (note: may be longer during busy sale or peak periods).

2. Available – Special Order from External Warehouse

Means: The displayed quantity is available from an external warehouse, not currently in our Brantford warehouse.

Lead time: Ships from Brantford location within ~7‑10 business days once it arrives at our location.

Important details:

If you order this type together with items that are in‑stock, the entire order will ship together once the special order item arrives.

If you need an in‑stock item sooner, place it separately from special order items.

3. Special Order

Means: Item is not in our Brantford warehouse, and does not have live inventory tracking. Availability depends on the manufacturer.

Means: The item may not yet be in any warehouse (including ours). The lead time is variable depending on manufacturer production/availability.
