Inventory Status Explained

Our website shows 4 different inventory stock statuses. This is what they mean

 

Important Note: Selecting a faster shipping option at checkout (eg. Xpresspost) will not reduce the amount of time it takes for items listed a "Special order" or "Pre-order" to arrive at our location (7-15 business days). This will only affect the shipping time once the item has been shipped from our Brantford, Ont. location to you. 

 


1. A quantity of "x" is available at Subie Supply co. Brantford, Ontario location - Usually ships within 1-2 business days.

 

This status means we have the displayed quantity available to ship at our Brantford, Ontario location. This inventory is generally available to ship within 1-2 business days but during peak season and sale periods, this window may be extended. 

 

 

2. A quantity of "x" is available for SPECIAL ORDER from an External Warehouse. Not in stock at Brantford, Ont. location.‎‏‏‎ ‎‏‏‎ ‎‏‏‎ ‎‏‏‎ ‎

LEAD TIME: - Ships from Brantford location within 7-10 business days.

This status means that the displayed quantity is available for order but is not in stock at our Brantford, Ontario location.

This inventory is located in an external warehouse and has to be ordered in. All products located in an external warehouse are shipped to our location in Brantford, Ontario before being shipped to you. Items with this status are generally shipped within 7-10 business days.

Note: If you order "special order" items in the same order as items that are in stock at the Brantford, Ontario location, the complete order will be shipped together when the special order item arrives at our location.

If you need items that are in stock at the Brantford, Ontario location quickly, please order them separately from any "special order" items

 

 

3. SPECIAL ORDER

THIS IS A SPECIAL ORDER ITEM - NOT IN STOCK AT BRANTFORD LOCATION - 

LEAD TIME: USUALLY SHIPS WITHIN "X" BUSINESS DAYS‎‏‏‎ ‎‏‏‎ ‎‏‏‎ 

 

This status is used for all product that do not have live inventory tracking. This means the item in question may or may not be available at the time of your order.

All items with this status are ordered direct from the manufacturer so availability depends on the manufacturers stock. It is always best to reach out to us directly to confirm availability of items with this status before placing your order. 

Note: If you order "special order" items in the same order as items that are in stock at the Brantford, Ontario location, the complete order will be shipped together when the special order item(s) arrives at our location.

If you need items that are in stock at the Brantford, Ontario location quickly, please order them separately from any "special order" items

 

 

4. PRE-ORDER

NOT CURRENTLY IN STOCK AT BRANTFORD LOCATION - PLEASE CONTACT US FOR AN ETA

This status means that there may not be stock available in any warehouse and the lead time can vary depending on the manufacturers availability.
