Eliminating the Headaches of Working on Subaru Engines
Our team of Subaru enthusiast engineers started with a clean sheet and set out to design the best Subaru engine stand we could. Our goal was to eliminate all the headaches currently associated with working on a horizontally opposed boxer engine. We enlisted the help of professional Subaru mechanic shops during development to ensure we were designing the best Subaru engine stand, bar none.
Engine Case Splitting – On the Stand
The biggest problem we set out to solve was having to move a heavy short block by hand from an engine stand to a workbench to allow a mechanic to split the cases.
