Here, you are looking at the Tial MVS/MVR Wastegate Spring.  The Tial springs are marked in specific colors to represent a rated boost setting. These can be used individually or combined to make a higher boost target. Note that these springs are specific to the Tial MVS and MVR external wastegate models.
