By using the "GReddy Magdrain" plug, you can help reduce the amount of abrasive materials in your engine, while extending the life of your engine.
 
Notes:
- M20 x 1.5 thread
- Some oil pan designs have a baffle screen in front of the oil drain plug port and some magnetic drain plugs are longer/larger and will come in to contact with the baffle/screen.   Recommend to replace oil pan with the 2006+ Subaru WRX oil pan design or grind down the magnet for clearance.

GReddy magnetic oil drain plug

Looks well made. Very strong magnet. Comes with a washer. I still think you will still have to replace the washer every oil change. I'll have to look into that. You still use a 17mm for this plug just like you do with the OEM. I'm looking forward to seeing how well it has worked come next oil change.
