DIY difficulty is moderate - The instructions that come with it are for replacing these parts with the shifter still mounted - not easy. Working in the transmission tunnel is not fun so make sure you fully remove your shifter by disconnecting the reverse cable instead of trying to put everything on with the shifter still in the car. It’s not fun to do it while everything is still mounted. This isnt for cleaning up that normal, moderate shifter slop either but for practical gear engagement improvement - it is a necessary part of maintenance as the OEM soft rubber bushings do wear out often and start causing gear engagement issues. These are hard polyurethane so they’re still an organic compound but will likely outlast your car if you’re a spirited daily driver. Comes the necessary lube too. Enjoy and learn from my mistake!
