Brian Crower Adjustable Cam Gears for Subaru EJ205/EJ257 (Set of 4) Gold

Adjustable cam gears are perfect for those looking to adjust the timing on their cars without having to get under the valve cover, disassembling the engine or dealing with onboard electronics.

 

These allow the user to retard and advance the timing on their engine by ten (10) degrees in either direction. These cam gears are CNC machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum. They also use laser etched marks for precision and ease to read. Something that makes this Cam Gear unique is the fact that Brian Crower uses ARP Grade 8 hex bolts for maximum strength. 

 

- This is the Gold version.

- ALL single and dual avcs equipped EJ-Series engines will require their AVCS cam shafts to be plugged in order to install these gear sets.

- AVCS must be disabled in order for these cam gears to operate correctly. 

- These must be used with Brian Crower Camshafts when used on an STI and they will disable the AVCS system. Note that they can be used with other branded camshafts but you will have plug the AVCS oil passages on camshafts.
