Inventory Status Explained
Our website shows 3 different inventory stock status's. This is what they mean
1. A quantity of "x" is available at Subie Supply co. Brantford, Ontario location - Usually ships within 1-2 business days.
This status means we have the displayed quantity available to ship at our Brantford, Ontario location. This inventory is generally available to ship within 1-2 business days but during peak season and sale periods, this window may be extended.
2. A quantity of "x" is available for SPECIAL ORDER from an External Warehouse. Not Available at Brantford, Ont. location.
SPECIAL ORDER - Ships from our location in 7-10 business days.
This status means that the displayed quantity is available for order but is not in stock at our Brantford, Ontario location. This inventory is located in an external warehouse and has to be ordered in. All products located in an external warehouse are shipped to our location in Brantford, Ontario and then shipped from our location to you. Items with this status are generally shipped within 7-10 business days.
Note: Selecting a faster shipping option at checkout (eg. Xpresspost) will not reduce the amount of time it takes for special order items to arrive at our location (7-10 business days). This will only affect the shipping time once the item has been shipped to you.
3. SPECIAL ORDER - THIS IS A SPECIAL ORDER ITEM - NOT IN STOCK - USUALLY SHIPS WITHIN "X" BUSINESS DAYS
This status is used for all product that do not have live inventory tracking. This means the item in question may or may not be available at the time of your order. All items with this status are ordered direct from the manufacturer so availability depends on the manufacturers stock. It is always best to reach out to us directly to confirm availability of items with this status before placing your order.
Note: Selecting a faster shipping option at checkout (eg. Xpresspost) will not reduce the amount of time it takes for special order items to arrive at our location (usually 10-15 business days). This will only affect the shipping time once the item has been shipped to you.
