Great replacement Hood Struts

These Hood Struts are a great replacement over the OEM ones. The fact that they lift the hood higher gives a better clearance to work on your Subie.
The only downfall I noticed was that when opening the hood, if you leave the hood open on it's own, it opens a bit too fast at the end and the hood stops pretty harshly. If you hold it while it opens it won't be an issue though.

The stock hood struts started to let go so I got these. Took 10min to install and they are way smoother than stock + they lift higher. Goodjob Grimmspeed
