The COBB Shift Plate for your 2015-2022 Subaru WRX is designed to reduce overall shift throw while maintaining an OEM-like feel. Two adjustment points allow for either 15% or 35% reductions in shift throw. Weighing in at 825g, the COBB Shift Plate maintains a moment of inertia comparable to the stock part which provides effortless gear changes. The slim design allows for the factory-installed splash guard and heat shields to remain installed for an OEM-level of protection.

Amazing mod for your car. If you’re wanting to make that wrx sloppy shifter more engaging and fun then please get it cause trust it makes a huge difference compare to the stock shifter plate. Shifts are more solid and feels more like tight engaging and the shifter doesn’t move around and it does not feel sloppy. It’s like solid engaging crisp shift literally makes the car feel so good. I drove an sti and trust my wrx shifter feels much much better with this than the stock sti shifter. Just get one guys it’s worth it. U won’t regret it I promise!

Fast shipping, as always very good service from SSC ! As for the shifter plate, I believe this is a MUST have for any VB owner, the installation was not easy, but if you're patient enough you'll find a way to make it work. This has improved the driving tremendously
