How long does it usually take for orders to ship?
Order fulfillment time depends on product availability which can be seen on the product page. Most orders will ship within 1-3 business days with the exception of pre-order and special order items.
How do I know if the item(s) I ordered is a special order item?

What is your return policy?
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the shipping date. Items must be brand new, in original packaging Installed items can not be returned Some items are non-refundable. Contact us for damaged or defective items.

No, all order ship directly from our Brantford, Ontario location.
What are Subie coins and how do I use them?
Our loyalty program, Subie Coins, rewards you for shopping with us. Each purchase earns you coins, which you can later exchange for discount codes to use on future orders. Subie coins never expire and there is no limit to how many can be applied to your order. For every 100 coins, you get $1 off.
To use your Subie Coins simply click the Subie Coins button in the bottom left hand corner on the screen (green button), log in to your account and then click "ways to redeem". From there you can redeem any amount of coins for a discount code which can be applied to any future order.
